Failed Delivery status in PandaDoc (Create an "Errors" tile on the Dashboard)
Include a "Failed Delivery" status if document is sent, but then fails.

Currently, the only way to tell an email has failed is by physically opening the envelope and clicking a few buttons to view the HIDDEN status of a failed email. This is a very daunting task when your API sends hundreds of documents a week.

Hoping this feature can be activated. It's not very user-friendly to have envelopes that appear to have been sent successfully only to learn we missed an email that it failed, and the envelope doesn’t say it failed. We are an insurance company, and these signatures are very important to our bottom line. A missed signature on our part is very costly claims-wise and lawsuit-wise.

This is critical to our workflows. no one can tell if it failed it just shows sent. so if your not the one getting the notification there is no way to note it nothing in panda doc

If failed delivery, we need some sort of document.failedToSend status returned via the API and visible in the document's audit trail.

I would like to see an "Errors" tile added to the Dashboard to track documents that have delivery failures (i.e. invalid email addresses). This would provide a quick way for staff to see there was an issue and to resubmit documents after the email addresses are corrected.

It would benefit us if documents that failed delivery could be identified in a separate Tile on the Dashboard. This would provide a quick way for staff to identify documents that need to be resubmitted and allow managers to track the documents as well.
