Hide "Setup Payment" step when payments are globally disabled
In the new document creation experience, the "Setup Payment" step appears in the workflow for every document — even when payment collection is globally disabled at the workspace level. This forces users to click through an irrelevant step every time they create a document, adding unnecessary friction to their workflow.
Expected behavior:
If payments are disabled globally in workspace settings, the "Setup Payment" step should not appear in the document creation flow at all. It should only be visible when payments are enabled.Additional context:

Add the ability to skip or remove the Collect Payment step at the document level (new editor)
In the classic editor, we could add or remove payment on a per-document basis directly from the right-hand panel. This gave us the flexibility to decide at the time of creating a document whether payment collection was needed — without having to go back and modify the template every time.
Since the new editor rollout, payment is now controlled exclusively at the template workflow level. If a template has a "Collect Payment" step, every document created from it is forced through that step with no way to skip or remove it on the fly.
This is a significant workflow regression…

Line Item-Based Conditional Approvals in Workflows
Allow approval workflows to conditionally route documents based on specific line items (SKUs, product names, etc.) included in a Pricing Table or Quote Builder.

Review and Sign Later
A feature where a recipient can receive a notification to review the document only, without requiring a signature, and after another recipient completes the signatures, a notification can be received again for signature.
This will allow the recipient to review first or be notified when a document has been triggered without any signature or action.

Drop down fields in Quote Rules
In customer case the fields for unit of measure and the campaign start date / campaign end date are drop-down fields in Hubspot but not in PandaDoc, which requires the Reps to manually type in the data, which could lead to errors and inaccuracy. They need Quote Rules in PandaDoc to have those fields as drop-downs to eliminate manual work and data accuracy.

Give us back the ability to edit expiration dates without editing and resending a document. This has always been a feature and now it was removed with the latest update with no warning. Your help bot and articles give bad/outdated info and the latest update article says nothing change besides the look but thats not true.

Ability to Remove or Waive Outstanding Signers Post-Send
Now I would like to share a feature request that would significantly improve our experience with PandaDoc and, we believe, provide value to many corporate customers.
In certain document workflows, there are situations where one of the designated signers is either unwilling or unable to sign a document. However, the validity and legal effectiveness of the document are not affected by the absence of that particular signature. Typical examples include:
Board resolutions
Other corporate governance documents where a predefined majority is sufficient for approval

Pull quote data into invoice
Option to automatically create an invoice that reflects the agreed-upon PandaDoc quote.
Steps:
1. The client selects their desired options in the quote and submits it for approval.
2. Event sales either approves the selection or sends it back for adjustments.
3. Once the final selection is confirmed and approved, PandaDoc automatically transfers the quote information into an invoice template.
4. The client receives the contract and the generated invoice simultaneously.
5. The client signs the contract and is immediately directed to the payment gateway.1 vote
