Great news!
The new color palette for fillable fields is now available to everybody.
While this does not allow you to pick colors for recipients, we've chosen eight distinct colors that will be assigned to the recipients automatically, depending on their order. These distinct colors will fix the issue of two recipients having similar colored fillable fields. We've carefully selected these new colors to not only pass the contrast checker, but also to make sure that they are easily distinguishable for individuals with color blindness.
For use cases that require you to pick colors for branding, customization or any reason other than distinguishability, please upvote this idea: Ability to pick/change colors of fillable fields.

An error occurred while saving the comment Use Case: We use Bulk Sent to send and enrollment form to each parent. The document has fields we prepopulate with the student’s first name last name and the parents name. The parent then needs to sign it. We send these out in bulk to the entire school at once. Because parents often have more than 1 child enrolled at the same school, the bulk file includes one row for each child. The parent uses the same email address for themselves for each child. When we upload and send the file via bulk send, it only sends it to the first record in the file, not one document per child to the same parent. The work around we do is upload several files, ensuring that parents that have multiple children have only one record/row in each file. This is burdensome because we have to identify which parents/email addresses appear multiple times in the bulk file and then pull them out into separate files – doing usually 3 or 4 bulk sends per school instead of one.

An error occurred while saving the comment When revising quotes, customer may remove a line item but needs to keep the correct number sequence, so that if they remove Line Item 3, it will automatically adjust and not reflect 1, 2, 4, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment We just had a client give us a crazy request, and curious if there is anyway PandaDoc can solve for it. The client has requested that we send a contract to 4 individuals (at the same time) and any one of them can sign on behalf of the organization. They don’t want 4 signature blocks, just one, and whoever gets to it first is authorized to sign on behalf of the organization. Is there a way to set up a signing group with one signature block for clients?

An error occurred while saving the comment Agreed! I also have a customer who finds this very frustrating that the document can expire at the beginning of the expiration date and not at the end.
Really needed for customer's Sales team to allow them to still be able to edit the text block but prevent them from moving it within the document.
