My team needs to track and report internal KPIs such as Time to approve documents and to be able to stick to SLA

This would be nice for us to track our internal KPI stats on how long it takes us to send out documents. Pricing approval is a current roadblock in our company and we want to improve how fast we get out our proposals so tracking this would be helpful.

This is critical to us - all the metrics are end users and we need that ability to track our internal rates to see how long the approval process is taking to sending out documents

- Time to approve documents
- Number of edits / changes in the document during the approval process -
Would like the opportunity to have a report/metric identifying how long a document is in waiting status for approval from the time it's sent to be approved
