Ability to Edit During the Document Approval Workflow Process
I would like to have the ability as a document reviewer to be able to make a quick edit to a document in the "for approval" category without having to go through the full edit and approval process.
Current Steps:
1. Receive doc for review
2. Review - while reviewing you see a necessary change
3. You must click "Edit Document" and make your desired edits
4. I then have to resubmit for review
5. Review
6. Approve
As a reviewer role, I should be able to edit the document within my review and approve all at once which would eliminate 1/2 of the process shown above. I would still want the ability to Reject in case of large errors, or items I wanted the individual to change on their own.

We wanted to share an update regarding the ability to edit a document during the approval workflow. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.
We appreciate your understanding.

Prevent the approval workflow from triggering again when changes in the document were made (for example, quantity of the products)

Add the ability to suggest edits as an approver in documents, as currently, if someone makes a comment, the author has to go in, reopen the document, make the edits, and then there's no tracking that edit was made.

An approver can make edits so that document does not have to go through the approval again
