Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment Is there any way that the person can forward only the signature authority and not other fillable fields? For example: If I assign Juliette as the authorized Signer and assign her to fill other fillable fields like (registration number/ Legal Name/ Finance Contacts...). Juliette fills out all the fillable fields but wants to forward the signature to our CEO (Martin). In that case, Martin would have to fill all other fillable fields that Juliette was supposed to fill. Would there be a way where she can just forward the signature without the other fillable field? Or reassign it to Martin?
I'm highlighting this issue because in some companies, the individuals authorized to sign documents may not have knowledge of specific details, such as the registration number, tax registration... It's important for us to facilitate a smooth process for the client.
When sharing templates to other workspaces, have the ability to share the smart content set up as well, avoiding having to set up the templates again.
