I'm a prospective Israeli client, and my main language is Hebrew.
Unfortunately, I cannot use PandaDoc because of the lack of RTL support.I asked to talk to the product team and got rejected because my deal was too small.
The RTL support will benefit PandaDoc in getting both Hebrew and Arabic users as both langs are RTL.

This is an absolute must for so many people around the world, why not enable RTL ? it's only about adding a single configuration on the UI for text direction from right to left.
PLEASE PLEASE do it it's very basic -

We request the addition of not only left text alignment option in client fields. This feature is critical for enhancing document formatting, especially for RTL languages (e.g., Hebrew, Arabic) and for aligning content like numbers or design elements in any language.

It's possible to add new variables (that don't exist) and enter a value for them, but if the contact fields could be edited and easily connected to new variables, that would be great. For example: we sign employees, not customers, so a contact page that includes more personal information and dates would be great.
Also, although you display Hebrew correctly, you do not support right-to-left text, as numbering always appear on the left, even when right align is clicked.
