Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!
Thanks for your suggestions – they're helping us make our platform better for everyone.

Hi, we have good news! We have already started working on this feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via a notification inside PandaDoc.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. However, you can upload a PDF that includes right-to-left text. if you'd like to see how to upload a PDF, please check here: https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026068113-Getting-started-

It's possible to add new variables (that don't exist) and enter a value for them, but if the contact fields could be edited and easily connected to new variables, that would be great. For example: we sign employees, not customers, so a contact page that includes more personal information and dates would be great.
Also, although you display Hebrew correctly, you do not support right-to-left text, as numbering always appear on the left, even when right align is clicked.
