   Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap.    I am not renewing my 11 agent subscription because of this issue
   I've been complaining about this for a long time
   And I think it's a bit embarrassing that there is no solution for this
