This is an essential update for us - attachments in our legal contracts need to be retained by the (external) signatories, or else they are worthless! Please could this be revisited?

Seriously so many people have had such amazing and valid reasons that are important for this function to be available in Panda Docs. Please add this as it is so necessary with these documents.

PLEASE THIS IS A MUCH NEEDED UPGRADE. Panda doc needs this. DocuSign already does this but I prefer panda doc.. except for this function! We need to have attatchments in our documents that are signed be downloaded with the PDF all together. If its not together important critical attatchments can go missing. Please make this happen as soon as possible as it is such an inconvienience to do this!!

Currently the process for us to get a finalized PandaDoc that includes files inserted with the "Collect Files" button requires us to download the signed doc, and then insert the attachments to the PDF manually. Time suck!! Please allow for the option to download the signed form alone, with attachments, or just attachments. This is possible in Eversign (now Xodo sign).

Agree with all of the other users. Without the ability to include the attachment(s) in the final signature package and have them covered by the signature certificate there is no legal/contractural value in using attachments.

Our use case would be to include an attachment of our Master Services Agreement with the first Service Order a new clients signs. Unless that attachment is a legally binding document when signed this is not useful. And, including 50 pages of legal text (the MSA) into a SO is not a great customer experience.

I am not sure what use case would exist where an attachment would be part of a signature package but not be part of what was signed.

Yes please! Recipients miss the download of file attachments so it makes attachments a bit useless. Would like them to download along with the excecuted contract file.

We request that photos & documents be attached on many of the things we are processing, that are legal requirements for us to have. Being able to download these as part of the pdf of document in one file is critical for us and a feature we miss from previous service we were using. It is very time consuming to download PDF and then go back & download each file attached. We need it to be included in one download file. Major time saver and prevents us from missing necessary attachments. And also, when we are sending attachments to client in document to sign - they need to get the full information upon signing so they have complete file.

100% agree with the comments here. It is pretty silly to have to assemble documents together after the fact and really takes away from the 'time-saving' mission of this system.

we use pandadocs for our talent registration process which includes completing IRS forms and uploading a copy of their national ID card. being able to download a pdf of the document with attachments is critical to our being able to do our IRS recordkeeping without multiple manual file downloads and re-uploading and the potential for errors that comes with this kind of manual process. if a file is uploaded to a document, it needs to be included in the pdf content of that document.

Very important - should be able to bundle docs with their attachments.

We use the attachment feature frequently and waste a lot of time having to download each attachment separately. It is also easy to forget to download each attachment so things can get lost. Downloading attachments at the same time as downloading the completed PDF would save time and headache.

Including attachment in the original document when you download the final form is a very important and much needed feature as it helps to save time. We use Panda doc forms to collect information and document often and it will be much useful for us to have this option available because our responses from the forms are more than 150-200 and it is tedious to go in each response and download attachments.
