Need to be able to only allow some recipients to make suggestions and the document only be visible to people who are enabled to make suggestions. Currently can only make so all can make suggestions and when suggestions are made they go to all including those who have not viewed. This will include the final recipient which is often a client and this looks very unprofessional.
