Yes please. This is so much better than using the document template name by default. Use tokens. Thank you.

Automate document naming. PandaDoc should allow inserting fields into the document title.

We are having the exact same issue as Juan. I don't want to have to switch from Panda but the need is immense.

I would like to have the titles of my templates have a variable field that would pull in the name of my organization from my Insightly opportunities. We have a standard nomenclature for all of our proposals which is Organization Name - Proposal Type - Date of creation. I would like to be able to not have to name every single proposal manually each time by setting the following fields in the title of the document upon creation. Also when we make revisions to the PD we need to update the date in the title to today's date. That could probably still be done manually but it would be nice if there was a variable field that was today's date and would rewrite each time upon edit.
[Opportunity.Organization] - [Opportunity.ProposalType] - [Date created]

Many of our legal documents and agreements are coming from forms, it's so hard to find the documents since we don't have any reference regarding the submitter in the name, what's worst, they all have the same name!

This would help us a lot since we're using forms to generate many documents and this is causing a lot of manual work to update the names once the documents are generated. TYSM :)

Allow variable fields in titles for documents generated by forms. Currently all documents created by a form has the same name as the form itself. So when we receive the signed documents we have to open each one to see who they are for. By allowing variable fields in the titles for the documents generated by the form, we can have a title that includes information like Company Name to differentiate the different submissions.

We are using the Hubspot integration and being able to use the hubspot tokens in the title of the document is huge for us. It will allow us to distinguish between documents as ours have to do with pricing tables. We also have an API key that takes the hubspot id into our payment tables. PLEASE add this !!!

Currently,
- Completed forms become documents in a folder with the same name as the form title
- Each document in the folder also has the same name as the form title
- The only thing that distinguishes one form from another is the name of the signer
In use cases where the form is being filled out by users online, every document having the same name is impossible to manage - especially if the document is being filled out on behalf of a business and not an individual.
