  2. Remove payments in a document level

    On the new editor, you are only able to remove payments on a template level. Please add back the functionality to remove it on an individual basis on a document level.

    Improve the document conversion processes to ensure that when documents are downloaded from or uploaded to PandaDoc, they reflect the original format seen in the editor with high fidelity.

  5. Support for national eID schemes

    Enable signing with MitID, Bank ID, or Swiss ID. These are all examples of national eID or digital identity solutions widely used in Nordic countries.

  6. radio button set as optional field tags

    Client/prospect needs to set radio buttons as optional when creating documents from file upload using field tags
    Currently, the * optional modifier works for textfield, checkbox, dropdown, signature, date, and initials field tags (e.g., {textfield*____}), but not for radio buttons

    Radio buttons use a different syntax ({{radio:role:optId}}) and don't support the optional modifier

    This forces manual configuration after document creation, which doesn't work for automated workflows

    Request to add optional modifier support to radio button field tags for consistency with other field types

  7. Ability to Change Time Zone for Timestamp in Signature Certificate

    The ability to change the time zone of the timestamp for the certificate of signature. The time zone can be changed but it may confuse users and signers since time is different as it shows as UTC

  9. Interface

    Please go back to the old interface and layout. The new interface and layout make's no sense. Trying to make it sleek and modern when there was nothing wrong with the old interface. Please go back and get rid of this new one. You also have to open the Template to create a document now, instead of being able to hover over the template and create a document.

  11. Roll back the change to the Template page.

    Adding an extra click to be able to start a new document is ridiculous. Tell your design people to learn something about UX. So annoying.

  13. improve the email notification when a collaborator is invited.

    When a collaborator is invited, the email notification should display the name of the document they are invited to collaborate on, rather than showing the workspace name.

  14. Restrict access to the documents by using Grant access button

    The client's feedback:

    We’ve reviewed the setting you mentioned regarding access requests, and we understand that disabling it can prevent users from requesting access. However, this does not address the core issue we reported.

    To clarify again: when a user requests access to a document and we receive the email notification, simply clicking on the document link in the email (not the “Grant Access” button) automatically grants the requester guest access to our account. This is happening without any explicit approval or confirmation from our side.

    In the Document SEND API endpoint, it would be helpful to include a new [reply-to] input parameter, that designates where any potential email response messages goes to. Useful for embedded (and/or whitelabeled) secnarios, where the sender may not be a "real" email address.

  20. Ability to choose which documents statuses show in the tabs on the Home screen

    Currently, there are preselected statuses chosen for each tab (Actions Required, Waiting for Others, Finalized) on the Home screen. Would like to ability to change these.
