Update Deal properties in HubSpot when PandaDoc document status changed

Thanks for your reply.
The existing automation allows properties to be synced only if they are on the document.My idea was to update a property that is not on the document.
I want to initiate automation based on document status which i can do in Hubspot workflows but not for specific templates.
