Please provide the option to make sure certain documents and templates not available to certain users. The only option right now is to create "workspaces" for additional fees.

Provide more granular options for custom role permissions. For example, allow users to access only specific documents and templates, rather than all content. This would give teams better control over who can view or edit certain resources.

We use Pandadoc for HR documentation - or we'd like to, anyway. We currently can't send any sensitive documentation, as certain admins may see the content. I realise that we can turn on extra workspaces, but at $20 per current seat, when those additional workspaces might only be for a select number of users, this is ridiculously over-priced, to the point of us considering alternative options.

This is a must for any company size. The price scheme of some software companies, like PandaDoc, excludes small businesses and small operators and gives this conditional feature only to a higher tier subscription enrollment—the behaviour of typical nasty human beings running a corporation.

How can all the contracts, documents, and templates be available to all employees in a company? Where is the sense in that?

The customer requests the capability to upload a document or file and designate only one member to see the uploaded document or template file.

Ability to make documents/templates/folders private to other specific users in the workspace

This is SUPER important for SOC compliance and to help make the platform available to be used for HR and/or other legal documents that should be secured.

I'm shocked this isn't a priority on their product roadmap

Disappointing to see this feature was first requested 3 years ago but still not implemented. This is a critical feature to allow Pandadoc to be used across business functions.

Be able to lock/restrict other admins from viewing specific documents in a workspace.

Make a template private. Good example of until its ready to use.

There is no privacy using the platform. We like to keep teams organized with privacy.

Restrict access for team members (admins, managers) to separate documents

Should be possible to share documents/templates with your colleagues, add them as editors on a document, so they will be notified (but not via email if you tag them) but inside PandaDoc so they could easily find the needed document and edit it.
