Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment Very disappointed this is not a feature. This is a BASIC editing tool and without it -- edits in docs and templates so much longer. I just had to change ONE word over 400 times ONE by ONE...... Not efficient at all!! so sad

With the big push for users creating ROOMS within a workgroup-- it only makes sense the documents directed to the rooms can be limited to only those within the room. Currently the only way to restrict user access to certain documents is to limited ALL access to documents. It is too much of an extra step to now have to create an entirely different workgroup just to restrict access to a handful of documents. If is room is good for collaboration--- it should also be able to allow for restrictions to just the users in that room.
