  1. I know that Smart Content can be autopopulated based upon the value of a variable token within a document, but I would love to see the same Smart Content effect based upon the value of a field as well. Almost a mix between Smart Content and Conditional Rules combined where I would like to be able to have the value of a field in document actually trigger the Smart Content. An example in a document is a simple checkbox that pops open Smart Content if checked, versus only being able to enable the Smart Content from a variable token.

  3. Being able to bundle documents on the mobile app so users can work out of PandaDoc on an iPad and still be able to bundle if their workflow happens outside of the office (remotely working, etc).

  4. Have an approval process for when a discount is over a certain percentage - for example, set up logic where if the discount is over 10% then they need to go through an approval process. Linking approvals to a specific field / variable request for my customer in the pricing table for CPQ. The customer can do this in SFDC CPQ but likes the PD interface more and would prefer it be done there so that the manager can review and approve the full document to make sure it is good to send.

    Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios. Here are the instructions:

    1. Hide the total section and add text block below the pricing table. 
    2. Use Pricing table total variable or any other that you'd need to adjust. 
    3. Change format as needed via Text design.

  7. We think that it's more rational to count not the form responses but the forms themselves for a rational count to avoid for paying for form responses that weren't finished or efficient

  9. Please add "Electronically signed and dated" to signature box so it appears on the actual document, many facilities require this feature and the signature certification page is not sufficient for them.

  10. Format the fillable text field with bullet points, numbering, bold/italic/underline text. Basically the same options available for a text block so recipients can list bullet points, bold, etc.

  15. Ability to restrict access to form for one e-mail to only once: In the case that a customer forgets that they have already filled out the Form and fills it out again, can we provide some kind of message to show to the customer that the email has already been used to fill out a Form entry?

  19. Salesforce Rich Text Fields format copying

    I want to be able to preserve the formatting of Rich Text Fields when sending them from Salesforce CRM to a PandaDoc template please. At the very least, I want to preserve line breaks!

  20. Want to keep templates at minimum. Tech solution has standard template > bring in scope from the CLI > then may want to add various video blocks for demos depending on the prospect and their knowledge of the solution. Not essential, but would be useful to be able to have smart content on top of CLIs to get more granular.
