  7. Edit / customize text in all email notifications including Completion or Signed Email Message

    Client would like option to edit the email that is sent when a document is completed. They have content they'd like to automatically share only once document is complete.

  8. Page number visible in web version

    Currently, page numbers on the footer is available for printed document version only. The proposal is also make this visible in the PandaDoc template/document.

  9. When MS Word documents are uploaded to PandaDoc, the page size, fonts, and overall styling mirror the original document settings.

    "We have found that when we upload a MS Word document, the page size and formatting changes... our default page size is A4... it changes - possibly to Letter - which throws page formatting out."

    We wanted to share an update regarding tokens/variables in saved messages and email. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."

    This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

  13. Headers and footers are consistently retained without alteration when importing documents from MS Word to PandaDoc.

    To reduce the need for repetitive manual adjustments.

  16. Import complex MS Word features such as SmartArt, shapes, comments, and notes to maintain the integrity of the original documents.

  19. Permissions for specific documents: Private documents (Password protect documents internally)

    Have an option to create a private document where only the account owner/user can have an access to.
