Approval process linked to pricing table variables
Have an approval process for when a discount is over a certain percentage - for example, set up logic where if the discount is over 10% then they need to go through an approval process. Linking approvals to a specific field / variable request for my customer in the pricing table for CPQ. The customer can do this in SFDC CPQ but likes the PD interface more and would prefer it be done there so that the manager can review and approve the full document to make sure it is good to send.

Bundling on Mobile App
Being able to bundle documents on the mobile app so users can work out of PandaDoc on an iPad and still be able to bundle if their workflow happens outside of the office (remotely working, etc).

Enable Smart Content from Fields as well as Variables
I know that Smart Content can be autopopulated based upon the value of a variable token within a document, but I would love to see the same Smart Content effect based upon the value of a field as well. Almost a mix between Smart Content and Conditional Rules combined where I would like to be able to have the value of a field in document actually trigger the Smart Content. An example in a document is a simple checkbox that pops open Smart Content if checked, versus only being able to enable the Smart Content from a variable token.

Counting finished forms and not form responses (just opened / started forms)
We think that it's more rational to count not the form responses but the forms themselves for a rational count to avoid for paying for form responses that weren't finished or efficient

Ability to set a custom font by default at the account level
It would be helpful to be able to set a default Google Fonts custom font to avoid the need to update the font on each document.

decline a document for a customer
From the documents list or even the viewed the ability to decline the document for the client. Sometimes they phone or email us directly back, not declining in Pandadoc. So they are getting reminders and our statistics are wrong.

Advanced formatting for the fillable text field: text formatting in fields
Format the fillable text field with bullet points, numbering, bold/italic/underline text. Basically the same options available for a text block so recipients can list bullet points, bold, etc.

Ability to save smart content/smart content rules (Сontent library for Smart content)
Want to keep templates at minimum. Tech solution has standard template > bring in scope from the CLI > then may want to add various video blocks for demos depending on the prospect and their knowledge of the solution. Not essential, but would be useful to be able to have smart content on top of CLIs to get more granular.

16 votesHi. Currently, we don't have a direct feature for importing Excel files and aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. However, we do support creating tables from Excel data.
Here's a quick guide on how to do it:
- Copy Tables: You can copy a table, or part of a table, from Office Suite (Office 365 and desktop versions), Google Workspace, or even HTML.
- Paste in PandaDoc: Simply paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V) it into a PandaDoc page. This action will create a new PandaDoc table in your template, document, content library item, or form.
- Styling Options: You can restore the original styling of the table by selecting 'Source formatting' in the dropdown menu at the lower right corner of the table in PandaDoc.

End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form.
Ability to restrict access to form for one e-mail to only once: In the case that a customer forgets that they have already filled out the Form and fills it out again, can we provide some kind of message to show to the customer that the email has already been used to fill out a Form entry?
