   In the Document SEND API endpoint, it would be helpful to include a new [reply-to] input parameter, that designates where any potential email response messages goes to. Useful for embedded (and/or whitelabeled) secnarios, where the sender may not be a "real" email address.

8. Change reminders via API

   One feature request we have is API update for things that can be done in the UI but not in the API. In particular, we need the reminders settings to be changed from API, we had the configuration to send reminders, then changed it as now we send them from our side, but we don't have an easy way to change it for all the documents that we have already sent. This is a particular case, but in general I see the API much more limited than the API and as we manage huge amount of documents, when we need to do massive changes we simply can't.

11. Option to use sms verification trough Zapier or API.

    We are using digital signed documents to make contracts. But we have to include 2FA because privacy regulations in the Netherlands. I saw that there was a option to verifiy to document receiver, but this is only for documents created manually.

    We are using the Zapier plugin of PandaDoc to generate documents with data etc.

    But we are not able to use this security function on those documents.

    I think there would be a lot of people that need this option, i even saw comments online that people cant use PandaDoc because of this.

    I like PandaDoc and i would love to use it for a longer time but the company needs to set things up according to the requirements of the goverment and EU according to privacy.

    I think this option is critical and i hope they will find something for this.
