  1. radio button set as optional field tags

    Client/prospect needs to set radio buttons as optional when creating documents from file upload using field tags
    Currently, the * optional modifier works for textfield, checkbox, dropdown, signature, date, and initials field tags (e.g., {textfield*____}), but not for radio buttons

    Radio buttons use a different syntax ({{radio:role:optId}}) and don't support the optional modifier

    This forces manual configuration after document creation, which doesn't work for automated workflows

    Request to add optional modifier support to radio button field tags for consistency with other field types

  3. introduce a new endpoint to return a list of related Notary requests from the input of a PD document-id

    For Notary use cases, where the Notary sessions are created through a user interaction, but there are numerous API interactions after, the client cannot automatically capture (and/or related) the notary-request and document identifiers from the manual interactions. If the document-id was monitored through webhook notifications, getting an API list of Notary-requests associated with that PandaDoc document-id input would be advantageous, but no such endpoint exists.

    There is no way to trace out the relationships, which is critical for downstream automations.

  4. In the Document SEND API endpoint,add a new [reply-to] input parameter

    In the Document SEND API endpoint, it would be helpful to include a new [reply-to] input parameter, that designates where any potential email response messages goes to. Useful for embedded (and/or whitelabeled) secnarios, where the sender may not be a "real" email address.

  12. Change reminders via API

    One feature request we have is API update for things that can be done in the UI but not in the API. In particular, we need the reminders settings to be changed from API, we had the configuration to send reminders, then changed it as now we send them from our side, but we don't have an easy way to change it for all the documents that we have already sent.   15. Option to use sms verification trough Zapier or API.

    We are using digital signed documents to make contracts. But we have to include 2FA because privacy regulations in the Netherlands. I saw that there was a option to verifiy to document receiver, but this is only for documents created manually.

    We are using the Zapier plugin of PandaDoc to generate documents with data etc.

    But we are not able to use this security function on those documents.

    I think there would be a lot of people that need this option, i even saw comments online that people cant use PandaDoc because of this.
