  1. Ability to set preferred date layout

    It would be great if you could set your preferred date layout in settings. In countries other than USA, we use day first, then month. It's frustrating to have to change it manually every time, in every document.

    Hi there!
    This option is available in Settings > Settings > Default date field format. Please note that this will affect only documents/templates/forms that are created after the change is applied.

  3. Option to turn off Download as .docx

    Downloading a PandaDoc to Word does not work correctly; random page breaks, missing letters from word that are spelled correctly, and no fillable fields. I would like to be able to turn off the option to download as a .docx on the workspace level or on the templates so the only download option is as a PDF file.
