At the moment, sandbox and live metrics are combined. Would like the sandbox not to affect the true API performance and to include time to close, sent to completed, and other metrics presented.4 votesHi. Completed date in reporting that corresponds with final signer

Could you please add the final signature as a variable/column in reporting? Currently, the 'time to complete' is based on the median of signers. In our case, the first signer is internal (CEO) and the date that truly matters to us is the date the customer signs.And yes, I know that we can include the CEO signature in the template and let the approval flow via the approving functionality. The issue here is that this solution will not allow us to capture historical data. Moreover, quote approval on CEO level is currently in use above a certain discount…

Our current tagging system serves as a foundation for organizing content within our platform. However, to further streamline content management and ensure consistency across various elements such as templates, documents, and content library items, we propose an enhanced tagging system. This system would facilitate the seamless flow of tags from content library items to templates and subsequently to documents, promoting efficient updates and maintenance processes.
