Allow the initials box to be in the footer
Instead of having to add the initial box to the bottom of the pages of a document be able to add the initial box in the footer.

Highlight or mark documents in completed folder
In the Completed folder, there should be a way to highlight or mark which documents were already worked and which need follow-up. Too often I cannot remember where I left off and end up viewing the same documents over again.
