Our forms are used to document PCI trainings and require employees to review and sign. It's crucial that the data reflects only actual employees who have signed. However, currently, even when a response is deleted, it still appears in the total count and in CSV exports. This seems more like a bug than a feature. Ideally, deleted data shouldn't be included in reports, or there should be an option to 'include deleted' responses.
