    The need for lookup relationships was something that Zendesk support has desperately needed for a long time. Now that it is available it is imperative for the apps supporting Zendesk do the same. A lot of the old workarounds we have neeed to deploy are still needed so that our organization can leverage apps - like Pandadoc.

    Upgrading pandadoc to allow variables based off the look up relationships would add a TON of efficiency to our organization and streamline much if our document generation workflows.
