    I wanted to share a suggestion that would really help with organizing my documents more efficiently.

    I often receive a large number of finalized documents, and it would be extremely helpful if I could move them to a folder without them remaining in the "Finalized" tab. My ideal workflow would be to review a finalized document, take any necessary actions, and then move it to a designated folder—effectively clearing it from the "Finalized" tab.

    This would allow me to easily see which documents still require my attention, while still saving and organizing the completed ones elsewhere. It would make my document management much more streamlined and efficient.
