    i would LOVE to see this. I am currently using the smart forms as a 'contract request form' and have it linked to a contract template so it 'writes itself' by filling in the blanks from the smart form and into the contract template. Then, when it gets filled out I would like it to email me so I can review the contract as soon as the smart form is completed. The way it is now, I only know if the person that fills out the form remembers to tell me they finished it.
