I wanted to share a suggestion regarding user management and SSO integration that would enhance our experience with PandaDoc.
We are currently missing the feature to map groups from our Identity Provider (Okta) directly to PandaDoc. This capability would greatly streamline the management of different user licenses. Specifically, it would allow us to automatically categorize users as Guest, Full, or Admin based on their group membership in Okta.
Moreover, implementing this feature would ensure that when a user is removed from our IDP, they are automatically removed from PandaDoc as well, maintaining an accurate and efficient user management system.
I believe adding this functionality would be a significant improvement, benefiting many users like us who rely on seamless integration between IDPs and PandaDoc.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I look forward to hearing others’ thoughts on this.
