  1. Variables with empty values in CRM: replace Variables values if they're left blank. If the token has no value it will show as blank.

    Without this function, we cannot efficiently combine certain agreement outcomes in our documents. It's problematic to be forced to create tons of duplicates to account for certain fields necessary in some agreeements but not needed in others.
