Over here in the UK, Financial Advisers need to issue letters to support their advice. This is usually written by a Paraplanner but would then be sent on to the adviser to review, and for some high risk business would then be sent to a compliance person to check, before being sent to the client. This all seems like an excellent use case for Pandadoc,

Some companies outsource paraplanning and compliance checks to other companies (particularly smaller companies). Added to that most advice firms will not have the skill set to build templates outside of MS word.

Part of my service offering is to build templates for firms. It would be really good if there was a way to build a suite of templates in Pandadoc centrally, which I could maintain and then have them shared with other companies outside of my own organisations. At the moment the solution seems to be to contact support and have them copy them over to other accounts. A neat feature would be if I could create the templates and share them with other organisations in a way which meant any updates I make would automatically update on my client’s side.
