    We need the ability to merge vertical cells much like what can be done in Excel.

    The goal here is to have PricingTable1 be your quote builder and then PricingTable2 helps push a payment option on to your payment portal (whether you pay the full amount as calculated above in PringTable1 or an $X deposit amount the variable being passed from PricingTable1's Total field should be a numeric value that can go into a Total column and not just a <text> field in PricingTable2 as this table should only be able to choose which payment option they want) - the Payment option is what then gets pushed to your integrated Payment provider.
