[Bulk action] Ability to multiselect FIELDS to move, copy-paste, assign, delete
Ability multiselect fields with bulk actions
NOTE: This idea applies to FIELDS only. A separate idea has been created for blocks ([Bulk actions] Ability to select multiple BLOCKS to move, delete, copy/paste)298 votesGreat news! Multi-selecting fields to copy and paste or duplicate them is also now available. This means that your most requested usability enhancements for fields, including multi-select to move, assign or delete them are now all available.
Simply press Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while clicking on multiple fields to select them (Once you do, they'll become framed in blue). Then, you may move, copy-paste, assign or delete all selected fields in one go. For moving multiple fields, simply hold down Option (on Mac) or Ctrl (on Windows) to drag all selected fields together.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.

Enable validation of field values
When document sender and recipients fill out the fields, they have to enter the information that matches a pattern you specify. For example, if a field is meant for an email, PandaDoc will check the user input to make sure the field appears as completed only when the input looks like a valid email.

Autofill Repeating Fields (Fields Mirroring / Variable and Field sync)
Fill Out Field Once & Auto-populate Across All Instances
559 votesHi there 👋
I'm excited to share that Linked Fields 🔗 functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.
Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.
To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.
