  1. When entering multiple emails to who you are going to send the document, the first option should be to add an order of who signs first, 2nd, and so forth. Too many steps to get around it. Making it very complicated.

  2. It would be helpful if we were able to run a report based on Updated Date and not just by Documents Created, Sent, and Completed. There was a time before the reporting had been updated where we could see all document activity for a given day based on the Updated Date. This would give me a complete picture of activity (Created, Sent, Updated, Completed) for that given day. Thanks!

  3. Instead of having to click on a field, then click on properties to see whether or not the field is required, have some visual indication that shows whether a field is optional or required, similar to how the template looks after it is sent.

  4. Instead of just showing a count of the number of times the variable is used, show the list of occurrences and allow the user to click on an occurrence and be taken to its location in the document.

  5. If the text entered in a drop-down field is longer than the field, that text will be cut off in the PDF download of the completed document. Display a warning when this is a possibility.

  8. Many of our sent proposals are being marked as Viewed even though the client has yet to open the URL. This is due to their strong spam filters opening the links automatically in a sandbox environment before delivering the email as safe to the staff mailbox.

    Two items that could improve accuracy for the Panda view status here:

    1) How long after sending did the link/s get opened? If it was within 1-2 minutes it is highly likely a spam filter

    2) Consider including an extra link in the body of the email. If this was clicked within seconds of…

  9. There is a pop-up that shows when a new document is created and sent from the editor that asks to convert the document to a template, and you can choose that or exit out. Could we allow a setting that removes that pop-up?

  11. It is time-consuming to place a Text Block and paste/type a variable inside of it. It would be helpful to place variables on a document without dragging text blocks to the document first.

  14. Reverse the change necessitating clicking Open on All Documents page. The user is already looking at the name - having to move over to Open is an extra step.

  18. It's very unfortunate that there is no simple way to create a proposal, share it with a client, edit it, and then pull it into a contract. I've been given two "workarounds" but document software like this shouldn't need a workaround, it should be a major component of the product offering.

  19. remove Open PandaDoc option from the page once the recipient signs the document.

    Open the document and Open PandaDoc are two different hyperlinks. The first one is created for opening the PandaDoc document and the second one is for the PandaDoc account.

    Your clients do not need to have or see the recommendation about a free trial. They just sign the document and need to open it via their email not via the last page they see once the document is signed.
