Search field for contacts available without clicking magnifying glass
When opening the contact list it would be nice to have the search line at the top without having to click on the magnifying glass. There are so many contacts I don’t know why anyone would take the time to scroll thru them, search is easier but clicking on the magnifying glass is a step that could be removed.

Simplify Manual to Complete Status Change
Need to have a simple ‘manual complete’ the document feature, similar to 1.0 On 2.0 you have to be on the main company list of docs, find yours and then click on the 3 dots, then manually complete, download and then upload back into zoho. Too many steps that slow down the process. Should be easy, click manual complete, insert PO# and/or brief statement, and should automatically go into zoho. (similar to 1.0)
This is especially true if a client doesn’t complete the document using the online signature. It take more steps to complete manually on 2.0 than on 1.0…

The search bar is not user friendly
When needing to search for a specific document the search result options cover them, if you hit ESC or the "x" to dismiss the search results it clears the entire search. The drop down with the search results needs to dissappear after you click on "view all results" otherwise it makes seaching very frusterating and not helpful at all in finding documents.

"Instructions" block (auto-deleted text block)
Add a new type of block/setting for the text block - "Instructions". It is needed to add it to a document/template to provide instructions/tips/requirements/etc. to your PandaDoc team member and this block is automatically and mandatory deleted/hidden after the document is sent to the customer. Like a usual text block, but it is automatically deleted/hidden after the document is sent

Access to document analytics via API
I would like to be able to access the document level analytics for the recipients such as last viewed date, quantity of times viewed, time spent, and times downloaded. Most importantly is the last viewed date and quantity of times viewed. I want to be able to pull that information into my CRM and set tasks for follow up, for instance when a document has been viewed 3 times in the last month, it would then be considered a hot opportunity and a task would be autogenerated for a sales person to call.
