  1. receive contact ID via API

    We wanted to “Update the Contact” after a client signed the doc, aiming to save the custom variables in the backend of PandaDoc. Checking the Data that PandaDoc pushes to Zapier, it does not push the contact ID and therefore an automation can't find the related contact to update it.

    sync the opportunity currency from SF and change the proposal currency in pandadoc and sync a custom field for the cost element from SF to PD.

  8. Webhook History Enhancements

    "When viewing the webhook history it takes a very long time to view the latest webhooks that were just ran. The webhook history has dates from 2018 to present day. Can a feature be added to the webhook history to view a date range or be able to page through the history?"

    it's already in place via Developer dashboard: you might select the pre-defined time range

  13. JSON Payload Update for EV2 with Salesforce

    Multiple customers have been interested in dynamic opportunity/custom object updating when PandaDocs are completed. Can only be done in EV1, but to make this possible with process builder in EV2, we need the Template Name and Template ID to be included in the JSON payload for Salesforce.

    You’ll now see:

    • A brand-new UI directly inside Pipedrive
    • Support for CPQ
    • Powerful Sync Rules (e.g. Attach PDF, Update deal properties, Sync Line Items)

    If something doesn’t work right away:

    Please disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh everything:

    1. In PandaDoc, disconnect Pipedrive
    2. In Pipedrive, uninstall the PandaDoc app
    3. Reinstall it for all users and re-authenticate

    An email address can be validated with text field validation functionality. You can easily configure that in the template and then a document won’t be sent if at least 1 validation is failed.
