  1. Mass Download "Collect file" field attachments

    It would be nice if when you download the document the attachments added to the collect files fields also download, rather than having to download them separately.

    Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.


  2. Shrink the height of fields (text fields)

    Shrink the height of fields (text fields). You can shrink the height of signature fields, but the text fields stop at a certain point.

  6. Use role variables to auto-populate information on the document but exclude the recipient from the document

    I was wondering if I could create a document and not send it to all the parties? I have created a template with variables for Clinic, Sonographer and Recruiter. I want to be able to send it out so only the recruiter and sonographer can see it, sign it and return it. is that possible? Ideally i want to use the contact details for the clinic but not include them in the email trails / let them view the documents.

  7. A feature to be able to stamp multiple pages at once

    When we get documents with a large number of pages that all need to be stamped and it's a lengthy process to do each page individually so we would like to have a feature to stamp multiple pages at once
