We're glad to let you know that the feature is available within the system. You can make a subject line (title) for your saved message. Saved messages include email text and a title. The title becomes the subject line of the email. Please see this link for more information:

Would love to be able to have users that automatically have access to new workspaces or to bulk add users to different workspaces and maintain their user level (admin) across all workspaces if desired.

Option to use sms verification trough Zapier or API.
We are using digital signed documents to make contracts. But we have to include 2FA because privacy regulations in the Netherlands. I saw that there was a option to verifiy to document receiver, but this is only for documents created manually.
We are using the Zapier plugin of PandaDoc to generate documents with data etc.
But we are not able to use this security function on those documents.
I think there would be a lot of people that need this option, i even saw comments online that people cant use PandaDoc because of this.

Set "Attach a PDF to email" as default
When you have signers, there is currently a place in the "Manage" section to toggle in order to attach a PDF directly to the email, instead of having to go back into the document in order to download a completed copy. This makes things easy when you're trying to complete other tasks.
By making this the default or giving users the option to set it as default, this would increase efficiency for all.
5 votesYou can set the default to attach a PDF to a completed document notification in Settings > Settings > Email attachment.
Check the box that says:
Attach a PDF of the completed document to email.
When a document is completed, recipients will receive an automated email with a PDF copy of the document attached.
