  4. Include recipients roles in webhooks

    PandaDoc has recently switched to a new webhook service which doesn't include the information about the roles of the document recipients (this is available only on old webhook service and for the document created exactly via Classic Editor exactly via API.

    Not sure if it is possible, but I would suggest this date is availalbe for EV2 docs

    The PandaDoc extension supports SugarCRM version 12.0, and will continue to work with older versions from 8.*.*. onwards.

  15. Products are passed from Hubspot to PandaDoc without the line item description

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the feature you requested is already available. 

    To achieve that, in the template pricing table, hide the Name column. Then, click on the plus sign on the right side of the pricing table and under "Add hidden", select the Name column, but not the Description column.

  16. Limit Salesforce Opportunity status trigger to specific templates

    PandaDoc's native trigger settings allow for any document on an opportunity to change the stage. Sometimes customers send multiple documents from an opportunity and need for only certain templates to trigger status changes.
