  2. HubSpot: Token Information to Populate in Fields and Editable by Signers

    Would like for there to be a way for their signers to edit their information that populates through HubSpot Tokens. The client explained that the information is not always accurate and up to date, so this would allow signers to make quick changes to reflect validity on their signed Documents.

  13. Upload a signed PDF instead of the original document at the point the status is changed manually

    Is there any way that if the other partner prints, signs and e-mails a PDF copy i store it as well? Is there an option to upload the pdf at that point I change the status to completed manually?

    When I change the status will I get an option to upload the pdf at that point. How is the PDF stored. Is the PDF then added as a downloadable attachment to the original unsigned document which then has a completed status?

    Hi! Thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it! 

    We released the feature for attachment to the documents completed manually and now the document you upload when manually changing the status is visible as an attachment to an email notification send to document recipients. Please see the link for more info.
