    This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

    I am only able to implement the approvals workflow at Template level, therefore, a document creator could simply create their own quote or proposal and send to a customer without approval.

    The other option would be to force the use of Templates but this option is also not available.
