Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Hi there, thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it!
We're excited to let you know that the feature is available with Content Placeholder via “add automatically” mode. This way, whenever you create a document from a Template, it always takes the latest version of a block from Content Library.
Additionally, with the new product catalog, products in pricing tables and quotes will be updated in templates and Content Library Items as soon as you import the updated catalog with a CSV file as described here.
An error occurred while saving the comment This is a critical update to PandaDoc in my opinion. We have a content and template library full of pricing tables with hundreds of products from our product catalog. I cannot even understand why the product catalog wouldn't automatically update all of the instances where products are used throughout their interface. Such a basic feature and it's mind-boggling that they have gotten this far without it. Even our former, incredibly out-of-date, software has this feature. This is definitely a hinderance for our roll-out and creates a huge inefficiency as pricing continually changes in our line of work. I sincerely hope that this is something that will be updated ASAP.

Integration with QuickBooks Desktop is crucial for our business - - we have to manually input every order into QuickBooks because there is no integration. And everyone hates QB Cloud / Online!
