Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. The ability to bulk edit the Approval Workflow for multiple templates would be extremely useful. If an approver changes roles, leaves the company, or goes on vacation, we currently need to manually edit the Approval Workflow for 20+ templates in our system individually.
