We wanted to share an update regarding this idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

This is definitely a feature we would appreciate. We have tens of templates that have the same approval process and approval group, and it would be very easy to manage/update it in bulk.

Option to set the Approval workflow at the account level, ensuring that all newly created templates and documents acquire a particular approval setting.

The ability to bulk edit the Approval Workflow for multiple templates would be extremely useful. If an approver changes roles, leaves the company, or goes on vacation, we currently need to manually edit the Approval Workflow for 20+ templates in our system individually.

For example, add or delete an approver and the change be reflected on all templates.

We're applying a new approval workflow handed down by our corporate overlords and we need a way to apply the same multiple-tier conditional approval criteria to all of our existing templates, but as of right now we have to enter the same criteria manually for each template.

Functionality: if rep moves to manager, team is confused on how to use approval workflow. regional managers are approvers but approval workflow set up by template not by region
request to make bulk changes to templates - i.e. one template that is highly customizable or many templates that address each need. have about a 20 template. would like to make bulk change to template especially in regards to approval workflow -

Change the approver's workflow on all the templates if changed on one.
