    Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out about this and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we are planning on offering something similar to it in the near future. We can’t give you the exact timeline of when it will be ready, but we can tell you that it’s already in the works and we’ll have it available in one of our upcoming releases.
    We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via alerts inside PandaDoc.

    Users need to be able to re-send documents without having to use Edit Document function.

    We have customers that accidentally delete their PandaDoc emails with links to their documents.
    We also have customers that don't sign quickly. They will call us sometimes months later, and ask us to re-send their doc.

    Please add Re-send as an Action Item under the 3 dot menu, at the far right of the Document.

  2. Prevent templates from editing: Locking down the template unless you hit the Edit button - so you know you are editing a template

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
    Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!

    Users should not be able to click on the Template name to edit the Template. Accessing that way should be disabled.

    Users should have to click on the 3 dots at the far right, and select Edit, to edit a Template.

    When using templates, the "create document" button should be in its own column next to the template name and in a bright color!

    This button needs to be bright and immediately visible to users as soon as users click on Templates.

    That way, users won't click on the template itself and start making changes, by mistake.
    Hovering over the date to find the "create document" button is not good.
