Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

Currently, the option to convert a document into a template is available, but I find this process to be less than optimal. While templates are undoubtedly useful for recurring use, there are instances when duplicating a document directly would be more efficient. The challenge I face is that, with the current system, I end up with numerous "templates" that were intended for one-time use, making it difficult to distinguish them from my official templates.
Hence, I would like to suggest the implementation of a direct document duplication feature. This feature would allow users to effortlessly create a copy of any document, including those that have already been signed. By providing this functionality, users like myself can maintain a clear separation between our frequently used templates and those documents that were duplicated for specific, one-time purposes.
I believe that such an enhancement would streamline the document management process and contribute to a more organized and user-friendly experience within the software. Your consideration of this suggestion would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to the possibility of seeing this feature implemented in future updates.
