    Very important in my business to make the reminder message more personal. Each customer is different, too. Please make this a priority. Thank you!

  2. The ability to get rid of the 'Report Spam' option that shows in the document sent email to the recipient.

    Very important. It is rather off-putting for brand image and also serves as an unintentional red flag for the customer.
