    At the moment when sending documents its not possible to use existing message templates which means a new message has to be written which is very time consuming. Can we have message templates added on the iPad please?

    Hi there! Thank you for submitting your idea. We aren’t planning on building the integration with Close.io into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. However, please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
