While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. If the chat is going to remain a part of the process, the Notification should show of the home screen. As some one who sends 100-150 documents at a time, the mass amount of emails that follows, makes it difficult to see an email notification. I have had client complain they have sent a chat with questions, and they have gone unanswered because there is not an indicator.
