Our contracts need to contain sensitive client data that they enter through our secure website, so access to those contracts needs to be tightly controlled. Our clients are making donations through state tax credit program and there are hundreds of them coming in over the span of 2 weeks, so it is not practical for us to create the contracts manually to enable recipient verification. We also create contracts via the API because the correct contract template needs to be chosen based on the information our client enters, and doing that manually is error prone. So we need to be able to enable the recipient verification via the API.
