It needs a fix urgently because, in our CRM (Salesforce), any user who manually changes the status of a document to "Completed" automatically receives a notification. This notification generates a CASE ticket for every document marked as "Completed," unnecessarily cluttering our case bucket with acknowledgment emails from PandaDoc. Resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.
